Kelly Groups internal Magazine titled ‘The Networker’ after a competition within its second issue, successfully brings a communication to their 7500+ workforce nationwide, allowing the workforce to have a voice, take part in competitions, view current news and events within the business whilst helping the workforce as a whole feel more connected to the company they work for.
The Magazine is published first digitally and sent out to the network of Kelly Group workforce via E-mail and SMS then a week after a printed version of the magazine is distributed to all nationwide sites including QR codes for interactive elements within.
