Movember 2021 Campaign
In November 2021 our team decided to join forces with the mens health charity ‘Movember’ to raise money and highlight a issue that effects the mainly male dominated telecommunications industry.
We decided this not only was a good cause to raise money for but was also an excellent opportunity to bring our workforce closer together and feel more involved within the business.
Our 2021 campaign was the first of its kind within Kelly Group. Having never had such an event within the company the main focus was on internal communication to try to get the word out amongst the workforce.
Internal communications including mail shots and posters distributed across national sites allowed this to become a reality raising £20,418 for mens health
Shelter 2022 Football Match
With the success of our Movember campaign, both in employee inclusion and money raised we created a summer football day tournament in aid of raising money for the homeless charity Shelter. As the second event within the company we had gained a lot more interest, members of our workforce travelled from across the nation to take part of our organised event.
London Irish Vintage Fair 2022
We were proud to sponsor the London Irish Vintage Charity Day in September 2022 on its 10th anniversary. From the idea’s conceptual stage to its execution, my team and I created the sponsor's bar area hosting up to 350 guests, featuring a 6-meter custom bar, decorated marquee, beer garden and Kelly Groups 1983 CF 250 Bedford Van with bespoke design wrap.
I designed all signage and physical collateral within this event including menus, invitations, reserved table designs, drinks mats, posters, directional signage & more to give brand recognition and consistency throughout the event area.
Since 2021 Kelly Group has participated in multiple City of London events, including the Cart Marking Ceremony (2021 & 2022) hosted in the Guildhall and The Lord Mayors Parade 2021. All featured my custom-designed vinyl wrap for Kelly Group 1983 CF 250 Bedford Van.
I created custom Kelly Group-branded biodegradable flags to be handed out during the parade raising brand awareness within the square mile of which Kelly Group’s services are abundant.
In November 2022 my team and I took to our second annual Movember campaign. This year we had experience behind us and drove engagement throughout the company more than ever. Through the use of frequent internal mail shot updates, posters, drinks mats and events throughout October & November across our nation we had a greatly successful campaign. Involving hundreds of members of the Kelly Group workforce, coming together from across the nation we raised over £30,000 and won the European Movember award for best team, beating the likes of Amazon & Openreach.

I created a wide range of collateral for the event including team posters, pitch side banners, custom drinks mats and a looping video played throughout the day, showing teams / team members and homelessness facts with opportunities to donate to the charity.
